Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate cancellations promptly, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

Canceling an Order

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at assist@gatibo.com as soon as possible. Our team will review the status of your order and inform you if cancellation is possible. Please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you are able to cancel your order before processing or shipment, we will issue a full refund, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy instructions to return the product(s) once you receive them.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If you cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped, we will promptly refund the full amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will need to initiate a return according to our return policy guidelines.

Exceptions to Our Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that there are certain exceptions where we may be unable to cancel your order or issue a refund, even if the order has not yet been shipped. These exceptions include:

  • Customized or personalized products: Once the customization process has begun, we cannot cancel the order or issue a refund.
  • Pre-order products: If you have ordered a product that is currently on pre-order, we cannot cancel the order or issue a refund once the product has been shipped from the manufacturer.
  • Limited edition or one-of-a-kind products: For limited edition or unique products, we cannot cancel the order or issue a refund once the product has been shipped.
  • Sale items: If you have purchased a product during a sale or promotion, we may be unable to cancel the order or issue a refund once the sale or promotion has ended.
  • Out-of-stock products: If you have ordered a product that is currently out of stock, we cannot cancel the order or issue a refund once the product has been shipped.
